Super Graphic is a cloud-based creative design platform that enables users to create, edit, collaborate on, and export professional-quality graphic designs, presentations, social media assets, videos, and other visual content.

By using Super Graphic, you agree to use the Service responsibly and in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. You are responsible for all content you create, upload, share, or distribute through the platform.

Your Content: Any original designs, images, text, and other materials you create or upload to Super Graphic ("User Content") remain your sole property. You retain all rights, title, and interest in and to your User Content.

License to Super Graphic: By uploading or creating content on our platform, you grant Super Graphic a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, and display your User Content solely for the purposes of:

This license terminates when you delete your content from the Service or when your account is terminated, except where content has been shared with others and they have not deleted it.

Platform Content: Super Graphic provides templates, stock images, icons, illustrations, fonts, and other assets ("Platform Content") for use within your designs. The licensing terms for Platform Content vary based on your subscription plan:

Restrictions: Platform Content may not be redistributed, resold, or sublicensed as standalone assets. You may not use Platform Content in the creation of competing products or services.

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using Super Graphic. Violation of any of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without prior notice:

Super Graphic incorporates artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning features, including but not limited to AI-powered image generation, background removal, smart resize, design suggestions, text generation, and style transfer ("AI Features").

Super Graphic offers both free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following billing terms:

Subscription Plans: Paid plans (Pro, Enterprise) are offered on monthly or annual billing cycles. The pricing, features, and limits associated with each plan are detailed on our Pricing page and may be updated from time to time.

Billing: You authorize Super Graphic (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel your subscription. All fees are quoted in the currency displayed at checkout and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle at the then-current rate. You will receive a reminder email at least 7 days before renewal.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account Settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the Free plan.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any price increase and will have the option to cancel before the new rate takes effect.

Your privacy is critically important to us. Our collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal information is governed by our comprehensive Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

In no event shall Super Graphic's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount paid by you to Super Graphic in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability, or (b) ₹5,000 (INR Five Thousand).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
